Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Destinations
Pleatlab currently ships orders only to valid delivery addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders requiring delivery outside the United States cannot be completed through our website.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders received before 5:00 PM ET on a business day may begin processing that business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Order Handling and Preparation Time
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing and preparation before shipment. Our handling days are Monday through Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, and recognized holidays are not counted as handling days).
Transit and Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday. The estimated total time from order processing to delivery is generally 6–12 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or unusually high shipping volumes.
Shipping Fee & Taxes
We charge a flat $6.99 standard shipping fee per order. There are no additional hidden shipping or handling fees.
Product prices displayed on pleatlab.com include applicable tax as stated on our website. Shipping is calculated separately during checkout.

When tracking information becomes available, customers may receive shipment confirmation and tracking details using the contact information provided during checkout.
Correct Shipping Address & Issues
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an order. If you notice an incorrect shipping address after submitting an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pleatlab.com.
If your package arrives damaged, gets lost, or is returned as undeliverable, please keep packaging materials where applicable and reach out to our support team for assistance.
